Prof Sarkhell Radha

Prof Sarkhell Radha is a fellowship trained, multiple award winning, Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon. 


Prof Radha is Clinical Lead for the Trauma and Orthopaedic Department at Croydon University Hospital.


He is keen researcher and mentor to his junior colleagues. He has published over 50 peer-reviewed publications, holds an MSc in Evidence Based Medicine and MBA. Prof Radha is the lead for the first international Best Practice Guidelines in arthroscopic management of Femoral Acetabular Impingement syndrome (FAI) as part of The Hip Preservation Society.


Prof Radha most recently won "Leading by Example' at the Croydon University Hospital Star Awards. He was the first consultant and doctor to receive employee of the month from the South West London Orthopaedic Centre where he performs elective orthopaedic surgery.

Mr Jae Rhee

Mr Rhee was appointed Consultant Orthopaedic Shoulder Surgeon in 2014, serving the population of West Midlands. He has recently moved to serve the population of SW London in 2024.


He is a Consultant Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon with special interest in Shoulder and Upper Limb Surgery, with a particular interest in Arthroscopic Shoulder Surgery.


He has published widely and has several contributions to orthopaedic surgery textbooks and is an invited reviewer for several international scientific journals including Bone & Joint Journal. He is a regular faculty and examiner on national and international courses, as well as lecturing MSc. students at UCL.


He organises several national training courses accredited by the Royal College of Surgeons and is one of the founding conveners of the London Shoulder Meeting which is the largest independent shoulder and elbow conference in the UK.
